About the role

Responsibilities

• Leading shifts to deliver a fast, accurate, and friendly customer experience
• Making sure the team meets McDonald’s quality, service, and cleanliness standards
• Communicating with the next Shift Manager to prepare for their shift
• Meeting and helping departments meet their targets
• Maintaining reliable attendance and punctuality
• Ensuring food safety, internal communication, inventory management, daily maintenance, and cleanliness
• Managing crew and handling exceptional customer service and safety/security issues
• Scheduling and coordinating with the next Shift Manager
• Providing training to new and existing staff

Requirements

• Previous leadership experience, preferably in a restaurant, retail, or hospitality setting
• Positive attitude and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Flexible schedule and willingness to work in a dynamic, energetic atmosphere
• Must be 18 years or older to qualify as a manager in corporate-owned McDonald’s restaurants

Qualifications

Skills
