About the role
We are seeking a Certified Respiratory Therapist (CRT) to provide high-quality respiratory care in a critical care environment.
Responsibilities
- Managing mechanical ventilation, oxygen therapy, aerosol treatments, and airway management
- Performing arterial blood gas analysis
- Conducting pulmonary diagnostics and patient assessments
- Implementing care plans and documenting interventions
- Responding to emergencies
- Collaborating with healthcare teams
Qualifications
- Valid RCP license
- Current BCLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications (NRP preferred)
- At least 2 years of experience preferred
- Associate or bachelor’s degree preferred; high school diploma or equivalent required
Skills
- Ability to work independently as a Lead RCP
- Strong clinical judgment
