Certified Residential Medication Aide (CRMA)

Responsibilities

• Administering medications and treatments to Residents in an Assisted Living environment.
• Serving as a member of the clinical team to create a caring environment.
• Supporting Residents with personal support needs, such as light housekeeping.
• Building positive customer relationships and maintaining a safe environment.

Requirements

• A high school diploma.
• Completion of a training approved by the Department of Health and Human Services of no less than forty (40) hours.
• Experience with or a desire to care for people, especially those who are older and/or chronically ill.
• A focus on high-level customer service.
• The ability to work independently, flexibly, with good judgment, and strong verbal communication skills.

Qualifications

• CRMA certification from the Department of Health and Human Services.

Pay

$19.00 - $22.50 hourly rate.
