About the role

Responsibilities

  • Administer medications and treatments to Residents in an Assisted Living environment.
  • Support Residents with personal support needs, such as light housekeeping.
  • Create a caring environment with your clinical team.
  • Enjoy knowing your Residents in an Assisted Living setting.

Requirements

  • A high school diploma.
  • Completion of a training approved by the Department of Health and Human Services of at least 40 hours.
  • Experience or desire to work with people, especially those who are older and/or chronically ill.
  • A focus on high-level customer service.
  • The ability to work independently, flexibly, with good judgment, communicate verbally, and create a safe environment.

Qualifications

  • Must be able to pass a background check.
  • Must be able to pass a drug test.
  • Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds.
  • Must be able to work flexible hours.

Skills

  • Strong communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
  • Knowledge of medication administration and treatment protocols.
  • Positive attitude and ability to build strong relationships with residents and colleagues.
