Certified Residential Medication Aide (CRMA)

Responsibilities

• Administer medications and treatments to Residents in an Assisted Living environment.
• Support Residents with personal support needs, such as light housekeeping.
• Create a caring environment with your clinical team.
• Get to know your Residents in an Assisted Living setting.

Requirements

• A high school diploma.
• Completion of a training approved by the Department of Health and Human Services of at least 40 hours.
• Experience or desire to care for people, especially those who are older and/or chronically ill.
• A focus on high-level customer service.
• The ability to work independently, flexibly, with good judgment, and create a safe environment.
• Positive customer relationships.
