Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) | 1099 or W-2

About the Role

We are seeking a Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) to join a stable, multi-specialty group in an outpatient surgery center.

Responsibilities

• Provide anesthesia care for outpatient procedures across diverse specialties such as Orthopedics, General Surgery, GYN, ENT, Urology, Oral Surgery, Podiatry, and Plastics.
• Focus on preferred case types based on interests.
• Work in an efficient, Monday–Friday schedule with no call responsibilities.
• Utilize Epic EMR for documentation and patient management.

Requirements

• Current CRNA certification and licensure.
• Excellent clinical and communication skills.
• New graduates are welcome to apply.

Pay

• Flexible 1099 or W-2 options, with full-time or part-time schedules.
• W-2 base salary up to $280,000 plus 10 weeks off annually, with total earning potential exceeding $360K.
• 1099 hourly rates starting at $250/hour.
