About the Role
A stable, efficiently run multi‑specialty group in the Midwest is seeking a Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) to join its Ambulatory Surgery Center. The position offers excellent work‑life balance with a Monday‑Friday schedule, no call responsibilities, and the ability to focus on preferred case types.
- Outpatient Surgery Center – weekdays only, no call ever
- Case mix includes Orthopedics, General Surgery, GYN, ENT, Urology, Oral Surgery, Podiatry, and Plastics
- Flexibility to focus on preferred case types based on your interests
- Epic EMR experience preferred
Schedule
- Monday – Friday weekdays only
- No call responsibilities
- Full‑time or part‑time options available
Compensation
- Base salary up to $280,000 (W‑2) with 10 weeks paid time off annually
- Hourly rates starting at $250/hour (1099)
- Total income potential exceeding $360,000
- Pay range listed as $280,000 – $445,000

Requirements
- Current Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) license
- Eligibility to work as either a 1099 contractor or W‑2 employee
- Ability to provide anesthesia services in an outpatient surgery setting
- Familiarity with Epic EMR preferred
