About the role

This stable, efficiently run multi-specialty group in the Midwest is seeking a full-time or part-time Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) to join its Ambulatory Surgery Center. The position offers excellent work-life balance with a Monday–Friday schedule, no call responsibilities, and total compensation potential exceeding $360K.

Responsibilities

• Provide anesthesia care in an outpatient surgery center setting
• Manage cases including Orthopedics, General Surgery, GYN, ENT, Urology, Oral Surgery, Podiatry, and Plastics
• Flexibility to focus on preferred case types based on individual interests

Compensation

• 1099: Hourly rates starting at $250/hour
• W-2: Base salary up to $280,000, which includes 10 weeks off annually; option to work some of those weeks at a competitive hourly rate on top of base salary
• Total income potential exceeding $360K+

Schedule

• Monday–Friday schedule
• No call responsibilities

Requirements

• Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) credential
• Experience in an outpatient or ambulatory surgery center preferred
