Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) | 1099 or W-2

Seeking a Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) to join a stable multi-specialty group in an outpatient Ambulatory Surgery Center. This role offers excellent work-life balance with a Monday–Friday schedule, no call responsibilities, and flexible full- or part-time options. Case types include Orthopedics, General Surgery, GYN, ENT, Urology, Oral Surgery, Podiatry, and Plastics, with the ability to focus on preferred areas. Compensation includes a base salary up to $280,000 (W-2) with 10 weeks off or hourly rates starting at $250/hour (1099), with total earning potential exceeding $360K.
