Certified Registered Behavior Technician - Part Time

About the Role

We're looking for enthusiastic, dedicated Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to join a team that values your experience and supports your growth. As a skilled ABA professional, you'll help clients thrive through one-on-one services in clients' homes or community-based locations. All positions start part-time, with a 6-month commitment expected.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA services using evidence-based interventions to support independence and positive behavior.
• Implement skill-building and care plans as a key part of our clinical team.
• Accurately record session data using electronic devices.
• Create a positive learning environment for clients and build genuine connections with families.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• RBT certification (required before starting).
• Patience, compassion, and a calm presence—even in challenging moments.
• Willingness to learn and a passion for making a difference for children with Autism.

Preferred Experience

You’ll be a great fit if you have experience in any of the following areas:

• Education or early childhood development.
• Childcare, babysitting, or youth mentorship.
• Teaching assistant, paraprofessional, or instructional aide roles.
• After-school programs or camp counseling.
• Behavioral health, mental health, or social services.
• ABA therapy or working with individuals with Autism.
• Healthcare support (DSP, CNA, HHA, PCA, caregiver).
• Supporting a neurodiverse family member or loved one.
