Registered Behavior Technician - Part Time

About the role

Grow Your Future. Help Kids Shine. At Spectrum of Hope, we're looking for Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to join our team and make a difference in the lives of children diagnosed with autism.

Responsibilities

• Work one-on-one with children diagnosed with autism
• Implement fun, structured therapy sessions based on behavior plans (training provided)
• Cheer them on as they learn to communicate, play, and thrive
• Track progress and make data-driven decisions
• Collaborate with experienced Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) to develop life-changing care plans

Requirements

• RBT certified (training provided if not certified)
• High school diploma required; experience in childcare, education, or caregiving is a plus
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for in-home clients

Pay

$21 - $28 per hour

Schedule

Monday - Friday from 3pm-8pm
