Responsibilities
- Work one-on-one with children diagnosed with autism
- Implement fun, structured therapy sessions based on behavior plans (training provided)
- Cheer them on as they learn to communicate, play, and thrive
- Track progress and make data-driven decisions
- Collaborate with experienced Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) to develop care plans
Requirements
- RBT certification
- High school diploma required; bonus points for experience in childcare, education, or caregiving
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for in-home clients
