Registered Behavior Technician - Part Time

About the role

RBTs Wanted: Help Kids Shine. Grow Your Future. Home Based ABA | Registered Behavior Technician | Schedule: Monday- Friday from 3pm-7pm

Responsibilities

• Work one-on-one with children diagnosed with autism
• Implement fun, structured therapy sessions based on behavior plans (training provided)
• Cheer them on as they learn to communicate, play, and thrive
• Track progress and make data-driven decisions
• Collaborate with experienced Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) to develop care plans

Requirements

• RBT certification
• High school diploma required; bonus points for experience in childcare, education, or caregiving
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for in-home clients

$21 - $28 an hour

Schedule
