HDSW offers person-centered, trauma-informed, and culturally competent services to over 3,000 people each year through a unique blend of innovative inter-related programs.

About the Role

The Certified Peer Specialist/Peer Care Manager in the Living Room (LR) works in concert with the LR team to provide support and resources to guests as they present for emergency department or hospital diversion services. The LR utilizes a person-centered, trauma-informed model of care, emphasizing and supporting a person's potential for recovery by optimizing quality of life and reducing symptoms of behavioral health conditions through empowerment, choice, and health and wellness goals.

Pay

$21–$23 per hour.
