Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (School Services) - $34 per hour

About the role

Supplemental Health Care is seeking a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) for a school‑based contract position in Cincinnati, Ohio. The role supports a local school district, working under the supervision of a licensed Occupational Therapist to implement therapy programs, collect data, and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams and guardians.

Responsibilities

• Implement the therapy treatment program aligned to student goals
• Collect therapy data and monitor progress toward student goals
• Work collaboratively and communicate with the school interdisciplinary team and student guardians
• Assigned schools may include various grade levels
• May be asked to travel between school locations
• Work under the supervision of a licensed Occupational Therapist

Requirements

• Current Ohio COTA license
• American Heart Association BLS certification
• Prior experience with pediatrics or in a school setting is preferred but not required
