Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant - Pediatric Clinic - $5K Sign On Bonus

About the role

We're looking for a caring and enthusiastic Pediatric Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) to join our fun, supportive team at our Castle Rock clinic.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and treat pediatric clients (ages 0-21) in outpatient and virtual settings
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to provide high-quality, family-centered care
• Complete evaluations, progress notes, and documentation efficiently and on time

Requirements

• Licensed Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) in Colorado
• Experience in pediatric home health or related field preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage with children and families
• Proficiency in electronic medical records (EMR) documentation
• Able to develop and implement personalized treatment plans for diverse patient needs
• Flexibility and adaptability to work with children who have varying diagnoses and challenges

Pay

• $35.00- $50.00 per hour
• $5,000 Sign On Bonus for Full-time
• $2,500 Sign On Bonus for Part-time

Schedule

• Full-Time: In-Person
• Schedule: 8:00 AM - 6:00 PM (No weekends)
• 4 / 10 hour day shifts (Monday - Thursday or Tuesday - Friday)
