About the role

As a Certified Occupational Therapist Assistant (COTA) at Symbria, you’ll work side by side with our Occupational Therapists to create personalized treatment plans that empower patients to regain independence and improve their daily lives. Responsibilities

• Assist in developing and implementing treatment plans under the supervision of an Occupational Therapist
• Help patients regain mobility, strength, and confidence in everyday tasks
• Maintain productivity standards and ensure accurate documentation
• Be an integral part of a compassionate interdisciplinary team
• Build meaningful connections with residents and their families

Requirements

• Graduate of an accredited Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant program
• Hold a valid or pending state license (New grads welcome!)
• Experience in acute care, long-term care, or rehab is a plus—but not required
