About the role

Tender Touch Rehab Services is seeking a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) to join their dynamic team in a Skilled Nursing Facility | Long-Term Care setting.

Responsibilities

• Provide occupational therapy treatments under the supervision of an OT
• Absorb and implement personalized care plans focused on functional goals
• Collaborate with team members to ensure quality outcomes
• Maintain thorough documentation to meet all regulatory requirements
• Ensure all required physician orders are obtained and up-to-date

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree from an AOTA-accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant program
• Certified by the NBCOT as a COTA, if required by the state
• Current license as a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant in the state of practice
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• New graduates welcome
