About the role

Care Options for Kids is seeking a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) to join our pediatric home health team in the Brighton/ Fort Lupton territory. This role offers a competitive salary range of $87,100-$114,400 per year, with a sign-on bonus opportunity of up to $3,000.

Responsibilities

  • Work directly with children in home-based settings to support occupational therapy treatment plans under the supervision of licensed OTs.
  • Help children build functional skills and support daily routines.
  • Partner with families to promote carryover of therapy in real-world environments.

Requirements

  • Associate's degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.
  • NBCOT certification for Occupational Therapy Assistant.
  • Active Occupational Therapy Assistant license in State of Practice.
  • Current BLS/CPR Certification.
  • Reliable transportation and valid driver's license.
