About the role

Care Options for Kids provides home-based occupational therapy services to children. This role supports direct care under the supervision of licensed occupational therapists, focusing on building functional skills and promoting daily routines for children in their homes.

Responsibilities

  • Support occupational therapy treatment plans for children in home settings
  • Help children develop and maintain functional skills
  • Collaborate with families to facilitate carryover of therapy in real-world environments
  • Work in a flexible schedule to accommodate different career paths and life stages
  • Participate in global outreach programs to provide therapy services to underserved children abroad

Requirements

  • Associate's degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program
  • NBCOT certification for Occupational Therapy Assistant
  • Active Occupational Therapy Assistant license in State of Practice
  • Current BLS/CPR Certification
  • Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license

Pay and Schedule

  • Pay range: $50-$55 per visit
  • Sign-on bonus opportunity: Up to $2,000 (details available in the interview process)
