About the role

Care Options for Kids is seeking an Occupational Therapist (OT) to join our Pediatric Home Health team in the Littleton territory. This role offers a competitive salary range of $123,500 - $169,000 per year, with a sign-on bonus opportunity of up to $3,000.

Responsibilities

  • Provide pediatric occupational therapy in home-based settings
  • Collaborate closely with families and care teams
  • Support functional, real-world outcomes through efficient, point-of-care documentation tools
  • Focus on impactful pediatric therapy without excessive documentation, long drive times, or unrealistic expectations

Requirements

  • Master's degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program
  • Active Occupational Therapy License in State of Practice
  • Active Certification from the NBCOT
  • Current BLS/CPR certification
  • Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license
