Las Colinas Post Acute is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) to join our rehabilitation team. Responsibilities

• Provide individualized therapy interventions to help residents improve independence and functional abilities
• Auxiliary with therapeutic activities to enhance mobility and activities of daily living (ADLs)
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to implement and adjust care plans
• Accurately document treatments, progress, and outcomes in accordance with regulatory guidelines
• Deliver care with professionalism, compassion, and attention to detail

Qualifications

• Active COTA certification and California state licensure required
• Strong commitment to patient-centered care
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Experience in a skilled nursing or post-acute setting preferred
