What You'll Do
- Provide occupational therapy treatments under the supervision of the Occupational Therapist
- Affiliate residents with daily living skills, functional mobility, upper extremity activities, and adaptive techniques
- Support residents through therapeutic activities designed to improve independence and safety
- Communicate resident progress and treatment updates with the rehab team
- Maintain timely and accurate documentation
- Collaborative rehab environment with PT, OT, SLP, and nursing support
- Opportunity to work with a diverse post-acute and long-term care population
- Stable schedule with consistent patient interaction
- Leverage leadership team focused on clinical support and therapist development
