About the role
As a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (Cota) at Highland Oaks Healthcare Center, you will be responsible for providing high-quality physical therapy services to our patients. Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough patient assessments to identify physical therapy needs and develop individualized treatment plans
- Implement and modify treatment plans as needed to achieve patient goals
- Provide education and training to patients and their families on proper exercise techniques, posture, and body mechanics
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient progress and treatment plans
- Stay up-to-date with the latest research and best practices in physical therapy
