About the role

Care Options for Kids offers a unique opportunity for Certified Occupational Therapy Assistants (COTAs) to support children in home-based settings. This role emphasizes strong clinical support, meaningful hands-on experience, and flexible working conditions.

Responsibilities

• Work directly with children in home-based settings to support occupational therapy treatment plans under the supervision of licensed OTs.
• Help children build functional skills and support daily routines.
• Partner with families to promote carryover of therapy in real-world environments.
• Participate in COFK’s Global Outreach Program, providing therapy services to underserved children abroad.

Requirements

• Associate's degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.
• NBCOT certification for Occupational Therapy Assistant.
• Active Occupational Therapy Assistant license in State of Practice.
• Current BLS/CPR Certification.
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license.
