Southwest Montana Veteran's Home is searching for a talented in-house Certified Occupational Therapist Assistant (COTA) to join their team. The position is based in Butte, MT and requires relocation before starting work.
Responsibilities
- Evaluate a Resident’s condition and develop an appropriate OT rehabilitation plan.
- Help Residents to improve their mobility.
- Help Residents through their tasks and monitor their performance.
- Inform Residents what they should anticipate in different stages of their recovery and how they will handle each situation.
- Maintain Resident confidence and protect facility operations by keeping information confidential.
- Maintain a safe and clean working environment by protecting Residents and employees through adherence to infection‑control policies and protocols.
- Comply with federal, state, and local legal and professional requirements.
- Contribute to inter‑disciplinary team efforts in resident care.
Requirements
- Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant license in good standing with the state.
- Minimum 1 year of experience working as a COTA.
- Experience working with geriatric patients is a plus.
- Must be able to pass a background check.

Pay
$7,500 sign‑on bonus; daily pay available.
Schedule
Monday to Friday.
