Certified Nursing Assistant - Senior Living

About the role

We are seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to provide compassionate, person-centered care to residents, ensuring their dignity and quality of life.

Responsibilities

• Assisting residents with activities of daily living such as hygiene, dressing, transferring, and mobility.
• Supporting dining needs, including escorting, feeding, and meal preparation.
• Performing housekeeping tasks like laundry, bed-making, and room cleaning based on resident requests.
• Leading and supporting life enrichment activities, encouraging participation in programs and outings.
• Monitoring and recording vital signs and weights as required.
• Participating in training, education, and other assigned duties to enhance resident care.

Qualifications

• State certification as a Nursing Assistant with CPR, AED, and First Aid certifications.
• Preferred two years of healthcare experience.
• Ability to communicate fluently in English and work independently with minimal supervision.
• Proficiency in electronic records, software, and office equipment.
• Physical ability to perform active tasks such as standing, walking, lifting (up to 50 lbs), and pushing (up to 250 lbs).
• Willingness to work long hours, including nights and weekends.
