Certified Nursing Assistant - Senior Living

About the role

We are seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to provide compassionate, person-centered care to residents in a senior living community.

Responsibilities

• assisting with activities of daily living such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and transfers
• supporting residents during meals through escorting, feeding, and meal prep
• performing light housekeeping tasks like laundry and room cleaning
• leading or supporting life enrichment activities and encouraging participation in scheduled programs
• recording vital signs and weights as required

Requirements

• physical activity including standing, walking, bending, and lifting up to 50 lbs
• using proper body mechanics
• working long hours, often during nights and weekends

Qualifications

• state certification as a Nursing Assistant
• CPR, AED, and First Aid certifications
• preferred experience of two years in healthcare
