About the role

• Assisting with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
• Providing vital signs and documentation
• Mobility and transferring residents
• Assisting with meals and snacks
• Maintaining a safe and clean environment

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional care to our residents, ensuring their physical, emotional, and spiritual needs are met
• Collaborate with other healthcare team members to develop and implement individualized care plans
• Perform tasks as assigned by the registered nurse or other licensed healthcare professionals
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records and reports
• Participate in in-service training and education programs to stay current with industry developments and best practices
