About the role

The Medical Surgical Unit at Lincoln Hospital is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA)/Unit Coordinator to join their team.

Responsibilities

• Under the supervision of a Registered Nurse, coordinates and organizes the clinical duties of the unit or department.
• Performs Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) or Licensed Nursing Assistant (LNA) duties as appropriate.

Requirements

Required Minimum Knowledge, Skills, And Abilities (KSAs):

• Education: High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Licenses/Certifications: Current applicable state(s) license as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) in Maine or Licensed Nursing Assistant (LNA) in New Hampshire. Current BLS certification required or must obtain within 30 days of start date.

Additional Skills/Requirements:

• Relevant experience preferred.

Pay

The base range is an estimate and does not reflect the full value of our total compensation package. The pay range for this position is $20.27 to $24.36 per hour.

Schedule

This position consists of 36 hours per week, day shifts.
