Schedule

• Evening shift, full-time: 3:00 p.m. to 11:30 p.m.

Pay

• Salary range: $18.78 - $25.09 per hour

Responsibilities

• Perform basic clinical and non-clinical patient care activities under supervision
• Aid with movement and placement of patients
• Assist patients with tending to personal care and activities of daily living
• Report findings or changes in physical, mental, and emotional conditions to nursing staff and document necessary records
• Keep patient rooms clean, orderly, and maintain medical equipment

Requirements

• BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date required (American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted)
• One or more of the following credentials:
  • Emergency Medical Tech credentialed from the Illinois Board Of Division of Emergency Medical Services and Highway Safety (Intermediate or Advanced also acceptable)
  • Practical/Vocational Nurse credentialed from the Illinois Department of Financial and Professional Regulation
  • Nurse Aide credentialed from the Illinois Department of Public Health
  • Nursing student who has completed one semester of medical surgical nursing
• High School diploma equivalency OR 1 year of applicable cumulative job-specific experience required (Required professional licensure/certification can be used in lieu of education or experience, if applicable)
