Hours: 1900-0730
Under the direction of licensed staff on the Progressive Care Unit (PCU), the nursing assistant gathers data for the patient and provides basic nursing care according to the plan of care. Maintains patient rooms and nursing unit in a clean, organized and environmentally safe manner. The PCU NA applies, maintains, removes and cleans telemetry equipment. Accurately maintains and records intake and output.
Qualifications
- CPR
- Certified Nursing Assistant Certificate or equivalent at the time of hire
- Previous hospital experience preferred
- Basic Computer Skills
