Responsibilities

• Monitor vital signs/blood sugars
• Absists patients with activities of daily living; Document and report abnormal findings or changes in patient condition
• Measure and document input/output and weights
• Assist nurse as needed
• Answer call lights
• Assist with patient admission, transfer and discharge
• Provide care appropriate to the condition/age of the patient
• Distribute drinks and/or snacks
• Maintain clean and neat patient room and work environment
• All other duties as assigned

Requirements

• Current state NA I license and completed NA course from an accredited school
• One year of experience preferred

Qualifications

• Basic Life Support certification is required within 30 days of hire

$5,000 Commitment Incentive Bonus

Schedule

3x12 Days (7a-7p) rotating weekends/rotating holidays
