Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) $2,500 Sign-On Bonus

About the role

Life Care Centers of America facilities operate as Skilled Nursing Facilities (SNFs) providing long‑term care for residents needing ongoing skilled support, short‑term sub‑acute rehabilitation for patients recovering from surgery, illness, or injury, and collaborative care through an interdisciplinary team approach. The patient population is diverse, including individuals with orthopedic, neurological, cardiopulmonary, and post‑acute needs. As a therapy professional, you will help patients achieve functional progress and improve quality of life within a supportive, patient‑centered environment. The organization is a privately owned 47‑year industry leader with over 200 locations nationwide. This position is available as full‑time or PRN.

Responsibilities

• Provide routine daily nursing care to assigned patients in accordance with all applicable laws, regulations, and Life Care standards.
• Deliver direct care to patients (bathing, feeding, grooming, toileting, etc.) as directed.
• Assist patients in achieving functional progress and improving quality of life.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Graduate of a State‑approved CNA program.
• Currently registered/licensed in the applicable State; must maintain an active license in good standing throughout employment.
• One (1) year of skilled nursing experience preferred.
• CPR certification upon hire or obtain during orientation; must remain current during employment.

Pay

$21.50‑$25.70 per hour

Schedule

Dayshift, Evening, and NOC shifts available; shift differentials for Evening and NOC shifts. Full‑time and PRN positions.
