About the role
$2,500 Sign-On Bonus! Make every moment matter as a Hospice Aide (CNA). We are seeking a full-time Hospice Aide (CNA) to join our compassionate team, providing hands-on care that brings comfort and dignity to patients at the end of life. You will work closely with our nursing team to ensure each patient’s physical, emotional, and personal needs are met with respect, empathy, and professionalism.
Schedule
Monday – Friday, 8:00 am – 4:30 pm and weekend rotation coverage.
Coverage Area
Woonsocket and Pascoag.

Responsibilities
- Provide personalized care: Follow the plan of care to ensure patient comfort and well-being; attend promptly to patient and family/caregiver requests with compassionate support.
- Assist with personal care: Support bathing, oral hygiene, bedding and clothing changes, and shampooing to enhance comfort and dignity.
- Be dedicated to customer service: Emphasize exceptional customer service to ensure optimal patient satisfaction.
- Provide support for families: Share knowledge and expertise with families to guide and reassure them during this challenging time.
- Maintain accurate documentation: Ensure all details are recorded correctly in the patient’s home and meet agency and regulatory standards.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or G.E.D. required
- Current, unencumbered C.N.A. certification in the state of practice
- Minimum one (1) year experience as a C.N.A. in an acute care or long-term care setting; hospice experience a plus
- Current CPR certification if state-mandated
- Current driver’s license, vehicle insurance, and access to dependable transportation
Pay
$22.50 – $23.00 per hour (average pay range). The pay range is a guideline; final compensation will be determined based on relevant experience, qualifications, and position responsibilities and confirmed at the conclusion of the interview process.
