Responsibilities

• Provides direct nursing care to all residents and patients to promote their comfort, maintain their functional ability, and contribute to their overall resident/patient care program.
• A member of the inter-disciplinary team who encourages independence, optimal functional ability, and individualized program as needed for abilities/interest of the residents.
• Demonstrates the ability to deal with pressure to meet deadlines, to be accurate, and to handle constantly changing situations.
• Demonstrates the ability to deal with a variety of people, deal with stressful situations, and handle conflict.
• Will perform all job duties or job tasks as assigned.
• Will follow and adhere to all requirements, regulations and procedures of any licensing board or agency.

Requirements

• Current state certified nurse assistant license required.

Qualifications

Non-Exempt
Starting Wage: $18.27/hourly
Actual offered wage is based on applicable experience.

Pay

Up to $1,500 sign on bonus.
