About the role
We are seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA/STNA) to provide compassionate, person-centered care to residents in various settings.
Responsibilities
- Assist residents with daily tasks such as bathing, eating, ambulating, and hair care.
- Support residents to maintain independence and comfort.
- Provide accurate and timely care documentation.
- Perform additional duties as needed or assigned.
Qualifications
- Current Ohio CNA/STNA certification.
- Strong communication, documentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to use proper lift techniques and equipment for resident transfers.
