Certified Nurse Midwife
About the role
As a Certified Nurse Midwife, you will work with a team of healthcare professionals committed to providing quality care and excellent patient experience. In this role, you will provide obstetric and gynecology care in the clinic, act as attending provider for deliveries in the hospital, first assist in the OR, and conduct postpartum inpatient and outpatient care.

Clinic Schedule
Clinic operates Monday through Friday rotating to accommodate call coverage
Call Coverage
On-call approximately one fourth of every month, mixed weekdays and weekends, during which you’ll manage deliveries for your team
What You’ll Bring
- CNM degree from an accredited program
- Board certification or eligibility by the American Midwifery Certification Board (AMCB)
- At least 3 years’ experience as a Certified Nurse Midwife – new grads will not be accepted
- Active, unobstructed Utah medical license, or the ability to obtain one
- Full prescriptive authority and an active DEA, or the ability to obtain one
- Ability to successfully complete Intermountain Health’s credentialing process
