About the role
Certified Nurse Assistant (CNA) or graduate of a CNA program (certificate must be obtained within 120 days)
High school diploma or equivalent
Basic computer skills
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
Demonstrates respect, integrity, compassion, and excellence

Ability to work collaboratively with team members and maintain positive relationships
Flexible schedule with willingness to work extra hours as needed
Responsibilities
- Perform resident care and activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility assistance
- Aid in restorative nursing programs
- Observe and report changes in resident condition to the Team Leader or Nurse Supervisor
- Complete all required documentation accurately and in a timely manner
- Maintain a clean, safe, and orderly environment for residents, self, and staff
- Participate in resident care conferences and care plan reviews
- Collaborate with hall partners and other Cedarwood staff to ensure optimal resident outcomes
- Comply with infection control practices
- Conduct or assist in resident life enrichment activities
- Maintain walkie-talkie on person for effective call bell management and team communication
- Attend and complete all required in-services, training, and team meetings
- Abide by the organization’s code of conduct
- Perform other duties as assigned

Pay
Rates starting at $24.50 per hour and shift differentials of $2.50/hr for evenings, $1.50 for nights and an additional $1.00 for weekends!
