About the role
The Nursing Department on the Manhattan Campus is seeking full-time Certified Nursing Assistants on the evening shift to join our team. Under the direction and supervision of a licensed nurse, the Certified Nurse Assistant (CNA) performs direct resident/patient care, assisting in attaining the highest possible level of functioning in all Activities of Daily Living (ADL) to maximize their independence.
Schedule
Evening shift: 3:30 pm to 11:30 pm. All CNAs are required to work every other weekend.
Requirements
- Currently certified in NYS Commissioner of Health Nurse Aide Registry
- High School diploma or GED equivalent (preferred)
- One year of long-term care experience (preferred)
