Responsibilities
- Participate in daily nursing report and electronic documentation
- Assist residents with daily personal hygiene activities, turning, lifting, positioning, and transporting
- Observe and report changes in residents' condition and make independent decisions when warranted
- Work collaboratively with a high-quality team
Requirements
- Current Michigan Certified Nurse Aide license or completion of a Michigan-approved CNA training program with eligibility to test
- Must obtain licensure within four months of hire
- Positive, proactive attitude focused on helping others
