About the role
As a Certified Medication Technician (CNA-M), you will ensure the well-being of residents through proper medication management. Under supervision, you will administer prescribed medications and perform other nursing assistant responsibilities, including bathing, dressing, feeding residents, recording clinical measurements, and assisting in examinations and treatments.
Responsibilities
- Administer medications as prescribed by healthcare providers
- Record and document medication administration and resident responses
- Monitor residents for any adverse reactions or side effects
- Collaborate with nurses and healthcare professionals to ensure accurate and timely medication management
- Assist with other resident care tasks as needed, following protocols and procedures
Requirements
- Valid state certification as a Medication Technician (CNA-M)
- Exceptional attention to detail
