Location: 188 Eastern Avenue, Augusta, ME 04330. Full-time evenings available.

Responsibilities

• Administer medications as prescribed by healthcare providers
• Record and document medication administration and resident responses
• Monitor residents for any adverse reactions or side effects
• Collaborate with nurses and healthcare professionals to ensure accurate and timely medication management
• Assist with other resident care tasks as needed, including bathing, dressing, feeding residents, recording clinical measurements, and assisting in examinations and treatments

Requirements

• Valid state certification as a Medication Technician (CNA-M)
• Exceptional attention to detail
• Dedication to upholding high standards of medication administration and resident care
• Compassionate and empathetic nature
• Interest in the nursing needs of the aged and the chronically ill
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
