About the role
Provide essential medication administration and resident support in a compassionate assisted living environment.
Responsibilities
- Administer medications following established policies and procedures
- Monitor and document residents' responses to medications
- Assist residents with daily living activities as needed
- Communicate with the care team regarding residents' health and medication updates
- Maintain accurate records and adhere to safety and compliance standards
Requirements
- 40-hour Certified Medication Aide (CMA) certification in the state
- Current CPR and First Aid certification or willingness to obtain within 30 days
- Attention to detail, organizational skills, and a resident-focused attitude
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively
- Prior experience in assisted living or long-term care is preferred
