Medication Aide (Certified)

Responsibilities

• Safely administer medications and document accurately in electronic records
• Observe and report changes in patient or resident condition
• Assist with daily living activities under supervision of licensed nursing staff
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary care team
• Communicate effectively with patients and families
