Medication Aide - On-Call

About the Role

CountryHouse Residence Lincoln III, an Agemark Senior Living community located at 70th & O in Lincoln, NE, is seeking an On-Call Medication Aide to join our team. This flexible role requires picking up at least 2 shifts per month, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed. Responsibilities

• Safely administer medications according to physician orders and residents’ care plans.
• Accurately document medication administration and maintain records.
• Observe residents for changes in condition or concerns and report them promptly to nursing staff.
• Assist residents with activities of daily living with compassion and dignity.
• Build meaningful relationships with residents, families, and team members.
• Help create a positive, supportive community environment.

Requirements

• Active 40-hour Medication Aide certification required.
• Flexibility to pick up a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
• Must be available to pick up at least 2 shifts per month.

Qualifications

• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Compassion, patience, and a genuine interest in serving older adults.
• Basic computer skills for medication tracking and documentation.
