Responsibilities
- Assist with medication administration for all assigned residents
- Provide daily care, including personal care, grooming, hygiene, housekeeping, laundering, social interactions, and meals
- Monitor residents’ physical and emotional comfort and respond as needed
- Document completed tasks such as daily shift reports, resident records, and negotiated service agreements
- Communicate confidentially and clearly with other staff regarding urgent needs for the next shift and all concerns to the Health Care Director
- Demonstrate the ability to manage assigned tasks within the scheduled shift

Requirements
- Certified to pass medications per state regulations (Certified Medication Aide/CMA)
