About the Role
The Certified Medication Aide delivers quality care consistent within the scope of practice as outlined by the local state. They assume responsibility and accountability for the quality of care delivered during work hours, ensuring a safe environment for themselves, patients, and other staff members. Essential qualifications include a current and valid CMA/CMT certificate, working in accordance with local practice acts and regulations, and functioning appropriately under the guidance of competent nursing personnel.
