About the role
Ensures accuracy and timeliness of patient laboratory test results.
Ensures quality of test results by following defined Quality Control (QC) and Quality Assurance (QA) procedures.
Maintains appropriate education to accomplish work objectives and maintain current certifications as applicable.
Adheres to the general hospital standards to promote a cooperative work environment by utilizing communication skills, interpersonal relationships and team building.

Requirements
- LICENSURE, CERTIFICATION, AND/OR REGISTRATION: MLT (ASCP) or equivalent certification required.
- Associate's degree with experience preferred.
Skills
- Ability to listen and communicate effectively.
- Technical ability and interest.
- Basic computer skills.

Pay
$19.20 - $28.80 based on qualifications, skills, relevant experience, and/or training.
Schedule
Monday-Friday 8am-5pm.
