About the role
UT FAMILY PHYSICIANS is seeking a full-time Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) or Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) in Clinton, TN.
Responsibilities
- Assisting physicians with patient care
- Scheduling patients
- Obtaining prior authorizations
- Obtaining pre-certifications for MRIs and CTs
- Communicating test results
- Performing phlebotomy
- Various other tasks as assigned
Requirements
- Strong communication skills
- Attention to detail
- Time management and organization
- Prior medical experience
- Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) certification or LPN License
